Please see attached details on an event run by campus gold partner, Marks & Clerk, and P&Q consulting, and involving our very own David Ashworth of Flintloque Management Systems.
Over the past three years organisations in many sectors have been using the good industry practices set out in the British Standard on Collaborative Business Relationships (BS 11000) to improve their collaboration with their supply chain partners.
Many benefits have been obtained by these organisations through their use of the concept of the Joint Relationship Management Plan (RMP) set out in the Standard. They experienced significant success in enabling collaborating organisations to jointly address sensitive issues which have hitherto been difficult to raise.
The use of the RMP and other practices in the Standard can also be specifically deployed to assist in resolving the complex Intellectual Property issues that may arise from collaborative research projects.
• Develop your awareness of the Collaborative Business Relationship Standard BS 11000
• Understand how the industry best practices it contains would be beneficial to your business
• Learn about the benefits of using a Joint Relationship Management Plan in collaborative relationships
• Ensure that you are equipped with the right IP protection from the start of any collaborative relationships
