Implementation of a management system can be difficult as it requires behavioural change, which is why we focus on designing and implementing systems that, as much as possible, mesh the behaviours already exhibited within your organisation to the Standard you wish to achieve rather than the other way round.  The result is a management system that is embedded into how you run your business rather than a 'bolt-on' addition to your day-to-day activities.
