Motivation
MotivationIntroducing an International Standard into your business or improving an existing management system is an exercise in change management.  For change to occur and be effective, you and your team have to be motivated.

Within the context of implementing an International Standard we can offer guidance in how to achieve and retain the required levels of motivation to see such a large scale project through to its conclusion.  More importantly, we can show you how to drive the change by spreading this motivation through the people in your team.

The techniques that we use are well known, easy to use and include:

  • Focussing on the end point as your starting point
  • Identifying the hurdles between where you want to be and where you are now
  • Converting those hurdles into challenges to be overcome and milestones to be achieved
  • Methods for monitoring your progress to keep you on target
  • Rewarding yourselves when you hit the milestones along the way

A management system is nothing without people to run it and their drive to succeed must guide you through the whole process to your successful final accreditation/certification.
