Benefits of International Standards

Operating to such standards will help you to:

•    improve customer satisfaction levels
•    gain access to, and maintain a presence in, your target markets
•    gain and retain a competitive edge
•    increase the rate of repeat business

If you have already implemented a management system, then we can help you to develop your processes and your people.

We offer the following:

  • bespoke presentations introducing management systems and International Standards to you and your team
  • advice on the interpretation of a Standard as it relates to your business
  • help creating documentation e.g., your Quality Manual.  This document sits at the heart of your quality system and is the most important document within it.  The Standard, to which you are seeking registration, tells you what you need to do for compliance; your Quality Manual details how you are going to go about complying.
  • on-site training in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of your management system.  This includes Internal Auditor training.  Internal Audits are your way of ensuring that everything within your organisation is functioning as expected.  It is therefore vital that your internal auditors know what they are looking for and what to do with it when they find it!
